Kara Cascio-Mariana is a driven, dedicated Account Director who strives to help her team reach new heights every single day. She originally considered a future in sales while pursuing her degree in Marketing and Professional Sales from Northern Illinois University. But after learning more about digital advertising from an NIU alumnus who worked at Booyah, Kara was convinced instead to move to Denver and launch her agency career. After graduating, she did just that, joining Booyah in 2017 as an Account Coordinator.

Ever since, Kara has spent her days strategizing and executing paid search campaigns for clients within the Unilever Prestige Portfolio. Continually driving brand and revenue growth for their clients, Kara rallies her team around a shared goal of amplifying Booyah’s presence in the beauty vertical: “Each day I work toward ensuring every brand in Sephora knows about Booyah and the amazing work we do!” When she’s not working, Kara loves trying out new hot spots in Denver with her friends and enjoying lazy Sundays with her husband and dog.
